What horary astrology is, and what it is for
A chart for the moment of the question
Natal astrology reads a chart for the moment someone was born. Horary reads one for the moment a question was seriously asked and understood. That single chart is the whole case file: you, the thing you asked about, and whether the two come together.
How the judgment is built
The tradition works in a fixed order. First, whether the chart may be judged at all. Then which planet stands for you, and which for the matter. Then their condition. Then whether they come to an aspect before anything interrupts it. Only then does the astrologer speak, and only about what the testimonies support.

What it answers well
A specific, answerable question you genuinely do not know the answer to, asked once. Will this sale close. Where is the thing I lost. Does this person intend what they say. It does not suit the same question asked again in hope of a better chart, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice — or for reporting a missing person.

Does it tell me the answer?
The public chart gives you the Chart, Tables, key evidence cards and chart data, and leaves the judgment to you. Approved practitioners can record their own work, judgment and outcome in Practice. The optional one-credit reading does answer it: the reading’s verdict on your question, with the reasoning behind it.
Do I need an account?
Not for the private temporary preview. A free account is required to create, save and revisit the full chart across devices; no card is required.
What orb system do you use?
Lilly moiety. Orbs belong to the bodies, not the aspects; applying and separating are computed to the minute.
Which house systems are available?
Regiomontanus is the default, as the tradition prescribes for horary. Placidus, Alcabitius, Porphyry and Whole Sign are one click away.
What ephemeris do you use?
Swiss Ephemeris. Positions are verified to the arcsecond.
Is this a replacement for my own judgment?
No. It is a rigorous second opinion. Disagreeing with the engine is expected and sometimes correct.
