Information We Collect

• Account information (email address, display name)
• Geographic coordinates (required to cast astrological charts)
• Questions you submit for horary chart casting

• Payment information (processed securely by a third-party payment processor — we do not store card details)

• IP address (for service quality and security)
• Chart settings profiles, house system choices, orb configurations, and display preferences

How We Use Your Information

• To provide astrological chart calculations, analysis, and interpretations
• To manage your account and credit balance
• To process credit-pack purchases via our payment processor
• To understand usage patterns and improve our service
• To evaluate and improve the quality of readings — for example, auditing judgments against our deterministic rules
• To maintain service quality and performance

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account exists. Saved charts, readings, notes, and chart settings are retained for the life of your account. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated analytics data (without personal information) may be retained longer.

When you delete a chart it is removed from your account immediately and stops being reachable. We keep a copy for up to thirty days so that it can be restored if you ask us to, after which it is permanently deleted.

Private Charts

A private chart is one you cast without it being recorded in your account: it appears in no chart book, no history and no search results, and it accepts no judgment and no notes. The chart itself is permanently deleted within thirty days. A private chart is not encrypted and is not hidden from us — it is stored like any other chart, and we may disclose it if we are legally required to.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services. We use third-party services for payment processing, account authentication, bot protection on public forms, and analytics. If you are signed in and explicitly ask for help choosing which house your question belongs to, that question text is sent to a third-party AI provider for the suggestion; it is never sent while you type, and never for a visitor without an account. When you start a paid reading, your question and the calculated chart are sent to a third-party AI provider so that the reading can be written. In both cases the provider does not use this data to train its models, and retains it only for the short period needed to run and monitor the request. This applies to private charts as well.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and service functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
